Summary

In this episode, I outline the 0 to 4-month developmental milestones.   Many first-time parents, I have worked with are not familiar with developmental milestones and have no idea what to expect.  It is vital that you are empowered with that information as well as simple strategies to help meet those milestones.  So grab a pen and sit back.  Some of these strategies can also be found at pathways.org.
